Returns & Exchanges

At Minnie Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury knitwear purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
